Official Rules/Terms and Conditions

1. All PacificPlayers.Com promotional draws and free lottery play entries are sponsored by Overseas Subscribers Agents (OSA) of Nieuwezijds, Voorburgwal 86, 1012 SE, Amsterdam, The Netherlands

2. No purchase necessary. However, by signing up and entering your details, you consent to receive email notices and promotional materials from Pacific Players/Overseas Subscribers Agents, as well as information about new products and services. You also agree to the privacy policy that governs how your information will be processed.

3. All free lottery play promotions are open to worldwide registrants at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Pacific Players/Overseas Subscribers Agents, and their parent and affiliate companies, suppliers as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

4. You may enter by completing and submitting the online entry form including a valid email address. Upon successful (i.e. confirmed) signup you will automatically receive one (1) group share in the scheduled Australian Lottery Superdraw. No more than one entry may be made by any individual in each free lottery play; nor may any e-mail address be used more than once. Entries including false details will be disregarded, as will any that are automated or mechanically made. Entries must be submitted within the advertised time limits. Pacific Players/OSA reserves the right to reject any entry on reasonable grounds and are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any registration or play, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

5. Each free group play entry entitles you to 10 games shared by 100 players. (Please note that all prizes won by your group in the OZ Superdraw will be divided equally amongst all shareholders.) Upon confirmation of your Pacificplayers.com registration, you will receive an official entry confirmation from OSA restating your contact details and the details of your free Group play. Immediately after the Australian Lottery Superdraw, you’ll be sent the official results; and if you’re a winner, a prize notification indicating the division prize won by your group and how much your share of the winnings are. To ensure receipt of all emails and notifications from Pacific Players/OSA, please be sure to add admin@pacificplayers.com as well as onlineentry@ozsuperdraw.com to your email account's Address Book or list of approved email contacts.

6. Entrants agree that by entering a promotional free lottery play their personal details may be stored and otherwise processed by Pacificplayers.com/OSA for the purpose of administering the free lottery play entry and for marketing and sending offers and other information. Pacificplayers.com/OSA may also pass entrants’ details to selected third parties to use for the same purposes, but always strictly in line with its privacy policyand any opt in boxes that entrants have ticked. Please read the privacy policycarefully to understand how we may use your data and what your rights are.

7. Pacific Players/OSA reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the current promo, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Pacific Players/OSA’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by Pacific Players/OSA in its sole discretion. Pacific Players/OSA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Pacific Players.com or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of PacificPlayers.com may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Pacific Players/OSA reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Pacific Players/OSA’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

8. Limitations of Liability: Pacific Players/OSA are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the PacificPlayers.com; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or on-going promotions; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation or receipt or use or misuse of any promotion. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another free lottery play entry.

9. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering promotional raffle draws and free play, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Pacific Players/OSA in connection with any promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Netherlands, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the Netherlands or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Netherlands.

10. Name Removal Notification System: If you would like your name removed from Pacific Players/OSA’s mailing list, simply click the UNSUBSCRIBE link found at the bottom of any email you receive from Pacific Players/OSA, and your name will be removed within 36 hours of the request.
